There are more than 300 test centers across the UK where you can take the CITB Health, Safety, and En vironment test. We will select the nearest test centers based on your postcode when you fill out our form,  so you can find one near you.  

2) I need to book my test as soon as possible, can you help?  

Our team will make every effort to book you an appointment at your preferred test center. In the next 2-3  days, bookings are more likely to occur than the next day. In case you would like to get the test done as s oon as possible, we recommend calling us at 02045421744.  

3) I would not be able to make it to the test centre on my appointment date and time, can you help?    

Please contact us at least 96 hours before your test appointment time to reschedule your appointment fre e of charge. There is no rescheduling or cancellation allowed within 96 hours of the test.    

4) What happens after I book the test?  

  Within 30 to 60 minutes, you will receive an email with the confirmed date and time for your chosen test c enter. If for any reason you haven’t received an email from us, you can contact us. Please feel free to con tact our team if you have any questions or concerns.    

5) Do I have to take any Identification to the test centre?  

Yes, you will need to take a valid UK Driving Licence or valid signed Passport to the test centre. If you do  not have either of these documents, you can download the Waiver form here that you can fill out and use  on the day.
