RED APPRENTICE CARD
This document attests to the holder’s enrollment in a recognised apprenticeship programme and verifies that they have either successfully completed the required NVQ/SVQ or NVQ Diploma Health and Safety units or passed an exam on health, safety, and the environment. Apprentices receive this card as follows:
- Those who have no prior experience, are enrolled in an apprenticeship programme approved by the industry, and work in the plumbing and mechanical engineering services sector.
- Adult learners who are registered in an industry-recognized apprenticeship programme and who have equivalent work experience in other industrial sectors that their employer believes qualifies them for training for employment in the plumbing sector but who have not yet earned the necessary credentials
